Cuisine Whenever possible we use our own produce - game and salmon from the Estate and fruit from the Castle Gardens. The Dining Room seats a maximum of 50. Here is a sample Lunch or Dinner Menu prepared by the chef. Note that, once agreed upon, the whole party have the same dish for each course. Vegetarian guests can be given alternatives.
